The Link Between Shock and Body
The Absorber Top Mounting is installed between the top of the shock absorber and the body strut tower. It is a key load-bearing and isolation component that connects the shock absorber to the body structure. During driving, the Absorber Top Mounting simultaneously handles upward impact forces from the shock, spring preload, and lateral loads during cornering. It distributes these forces evenly to the strut tower. It determines the "solid feel" when going over speed bumps and the cabin quietness at high speeds. In simple terms, it prevents the "booming" sound inside the car over bumps and keeps the chassis from feeling "loose" on highways.

Precision Assembly and Heat Resistance
After welding, all mating surfaces of our Absorber Top Mounting must fit tightly with no gaps or voids. Unspecified linear tolerances for machined metal parts follow GB/T 1804-m. Unspecified tolerances for stamped parts follow GB/T 15055-f. Unspecified tolerances for rubber parts follow GB/T 3672.1-M3.
Heat aging testing runs at 70±3°C for 168 hours. Hardness change is within ±10 degrees. Tensile strength change rate is ≤25%. Elongation at break change rate is ≤25%. Surface coating meets TQ6 (200h) requirements. All exposed metal surfaces are painted black. Rubber areas and end faces are not painted.
Bolt Coating and Push-Out Force
Bolt surfaces use chromium-free zinc-aluminum coating (eco-friendly Dacromet). Salt spray testing follows GB/T 10125: 72 hours with no white rust, 240 hours with no red rust. After assembly, bolt push-out force exceeds 3 kN. Tightening torque exceeds 70 N·m. Ozone resistance testing runs at 50±5 pphm, 40°C, and 20% static elongation for 200 hours. No cracks appear after testing. Our monthly capacity exceeds 4 million pieces. Every batch is 100% inspected before shipping. We also accept third-party inspections.
Custom Production and Warranty
Anhui Denaifu supports custom production based on customer drawings. We also offer OEM services. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000. For existing mature products, we provide one free sample for testing (shipping at customer's expense).
Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. Custom product payment terms are negotiable.
We hold IATF16949, ISO14001, and 14 utility model patents. Pre-sales: we provide development review and quotation. In-sales: we control quality and monitor capacity. After-sales: dedicated staff handle technical quality issues. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost. Warranty terms follow customer requirements.
