Stabilizer Bar Bushing

The Stabilizer Bar Bushing is installed at the mounting points where the anti-roll bar connects to the subframe or body. It is the core fixing and cushioning element of the chassis anti-roll system. When the vehicle corners, the stabilizer bar twists. The Stabilizer Bar Bushing withstands the torsion reaction force while isolating road vibrations from the body. It determines the roll angle during cornering and the linear feel of lateral support. It also affects the "road feel" of the steering wheel during straight-line driving. Simply put, it keeps the vehicle from feeling "floaty" during high-speed cornering and from "fishtailing" during emergency lane changes.

Our Stabilizer Bar Bushing is tested under assembled steering gear conditions. Radial static stiffness is measured at ±2000 N load and 10 mm/min test speed, within the ±500 N reading range. Data is collected on the 3rd curve after 2 pre-cycles. Axial static stiffness uses the same parameters. Radial stiffness is 3400 N/mm±300 N/mm. Axial stiffness is 3400 N/mm±300 N/mm.

For durability testing, a sinusoidal tensile-compression load with a peak of 10625 N is applied at 1 Hz frequency. The test runs for 50,000 cycles at 23°C±5°C room temperature. After testing, the spring stiffness coefficient decay rate does not exceed 20%. After pressing into a Φ30.4(0/-0.01) mm aluminum hole, no delamination or cracking occurs between rubber and metal. The metal substrate is phosphated and rust-proofed. No rust spots appear within 6 months of normal storage. Our monthly capacity exceeds 4 million pieces. Every batch is 100% inspected before shipping.

Anhui Denaifu supports custom production based on customer drawings. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products require mold development and sample validation, so delivery takes 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000. For existing mature products, we provide one free sample for testing (shipping at customer's expense).

Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. Custom product payment terms are negotiable.

We hold IATF16949, ISO14001, and 14 utility model patents. We focus on pre-sales product review and quotation responsiveness. In-sales: we ensure process quality control and capacity assurance. After-sales: we provide technical and quality docking services. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost. All products are warranted per customer durability requirements.
