High Temp Rubber Gasket

The High Temp Rubber Gasket is a sealing element used between mating faces of various automotive assemblies. It fills the tiny unevenness between two metal joint surfaces to prevent gas or fluid leakage. It is widely used on cylinder head covers, oil pans, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, water pump housings, thermostat housings, and more. Unlike O-Rings, gaskets typically have flat or contoured shapes and rely on bolt clamping force to achieve sealing. This gasket determines whether the engine top "seeps oil," whether exhaust manifold joints "leak gas," and whether water pump joints "drip water." In simple terms, it keeps every "seam" of the engine tight and secure.

Our High Temp Rubber Gasket uses high-performance FKM or VMQ materials. It maintains stable sealing performance under long-term high-temperature conditions. Surfaces are smooth and flat with no missing rubber, bubbles, or impurities. Flash is thoroughly cleaned. Rubber hardness is Shore A 70±5. Heat aging performance is excellent: hardness change is ±10 degrees after 100°C×70h, and tear strength change is ±15%.

We have an independent R&D team and dedicated quality staff. Our production and testing equipment is comprehensive. Monthly capacity exceeds 4 million pieces. We perform 100% inspection before packing. We also accept third-party inspections. We hold IATF16949, ISO14001, and 14 utility model patents.

Anhui Denaifu supports custom development based on customer drawings or physical samples. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products require mold development and sample confirmation, so delivery takes 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000.

Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost.

Pre-sales: our engineering team participates in sealing solution design. In-sales: quality personnel strictly control molding processes and dimensional accuracy. After-sales: technical staff provide installation guidance and quality issue handling. Product warranty terms follow customer operating environment requirements.
