Rubber O-Rings are the most common basic sealing elements in automotive hydraulic, pneumatic, and cooling systems. They rely on the rebound force generated after compression to fill the gap between two mating surfaces, achieving static or dynamic sealing. O-Rings are used extensively in vehicles-from A/C compressor line connections and brake line fittings to engine cooling system ports and transmission oil passages. They determine whether line connections "seep oil," whether cooling systems "leak water," and whether A/C systems "leak refrigerant." In simple terms, they keep thousands of fluid connection points "absolutely leak-free" in every vehicle.

Precision Molding and Multiple Materials

Our Rubber O-Rings are precision-molded with tight dimensional accuracy and strict flash control. Surfaces are smooth and flat with no bubbles, missing rubber, or impurities. We select materials based on working conditions: NBR (oil-resistant), FKM (high-temp oil-resistant), VMQ (high/low-temp), EPDM (brake fluid-resistant, weather-resistant), and others. Hardness can be adjusted per customer requirements, typically Shore A 50 to 90. Unspecified dimensional tolerances follow GB/T 3672.1.

We have an independent R&D team and complete physical/chemical testing equipment. Every batch undergoes dimensional and hardness testing before shipping to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.

Standard and Custom Specifications

Anhui Denaifu supports custom production based on customer size specifications or international standards (AS568, JIS B2401, GB/T 3452.1, etc.). Standard size products deliver in 30 working days. Non-standard custom products require mold development, so delivery takes 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000. For existing mature products, we provide free samples for testing (shipping at customer's expense).

Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt.

We hold IATF16949, ISO14001, and 14 utility model patents. Pre-sales: technical staff participate in seal structure review and material selection. In-sales: we strictly control vulcanization parameters and quality inspection processes. After-sales: dedicated staff handle technical quality feedback. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost. Warranty terms follow customer requirements.
