Keeping the Radiator in Place
The Radiator Support Rod connects the upper part of the radiator to the front body structure. It fixes the radiator assembly in both longitudinal and lateral positions. It prevents excessive radiator displacement during driving. During acceleration, braking, and cornering, large inertial forces act on the radiator. The Radiator Support Rod uses its structural stiffness to securely restrain the radiator in its designed position. It also allows limited elastic cushioning to prevent stress concentration. This rod determines whether the radiator "sways forward and backward" during hard acceleration and whether it "lunges into the fan" during emergency braking. In simple terms, it keeps the radiator "rock-solid" under all driving conditions.

Our Radiator Support Rod is formed from high-strength metal materials. The surface is phosphated or painted for rust protection. The product undergoes strict dimensional inspection and strength verification. It is guaranteed not to deform or fracture within the vehicle's service life.
We have an independent R&D team and dedicated quality staff. Our production equipment includes stamping, welding, and inspection equipment. Every batch is 100% inspected before shipping. We also accept third-party inspections. We hold IATF16949, ISO14001, and 14 utility model patents.
Custom Development and Ordering
Anhui Denaifu supports custom development based on customer technical drawings. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000.
Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. Custom product payment terms are negotiable.
Full-Process Service and Warranty
Pre-sales: we handle product review and quotation. In-sales: we control quality and monitor capacity. After-sales: dedicated staff handle quality feedback. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost. Warranty terms follow customer requirements.
