Radiator Cap Rubber Seal

The Radiator Cap Rubber Seal is installed inside the radiator filler cap or expansion tank cap. It is the core sealing component that maintains cooling system pressure. The seal relies on rubber elastic deformation to form a sealing interface between the cap and the filler neck flange. This allows the cooling system to maintain its designed pressure level (typically 0.9-1.5 bar). System pressurization raises the coolant boiling point and prevents engine overheating under high load conditions. This seal determines whether the cooling system can properly build and hold pressure and whether coolant leaks from the filler neck. In simple terms, it keeps the radiator cap "sealed tight" and the cooling system "pressure-tight."

Rubber hardness follows design specifications. The product undergoes strict compression set testing and pressure seal testing.

Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost.
