Control Arm Bushing

The Control Arm Bushing is installed at the connection point between the front lower control arm and the subframe. It is one of the most complex rubber-metal parts in the suspension system. During acceleration, braking, and cornering, the Control Arm Bushing simultaneously bears radial, axial, and torsional loads. Its rubber elasticity absorbs high-frequency road vibrations. It also allows the control arm to swing in a controlled manner, keeping wheel alignment stable during dynamic driving. Simply put, this part determines cornering support and straight-line directional stability.

Our Control Arm Bushing uses natural rubber as the elastic core component. The bond strength between the inner/outer metal sleeves and rubber is at least 4 kN. After tearing, over 85% of the rubber remains on the metal surface. This guarantees no debonding under repeated lateral and longitudinal forces. The rubber hardness is Shore A 65±5. Compressive strength is at least 4500 kg. The metal sleeve surfaces are phosphated with a surface roughness of Ra 3.2. All unspecified tolerances follow GB/T 1804-m.

We have a complete R&D and testing capability. Our 30+ production machines include vacuum vulcanizers, injection vulcanizers, and internal mixers. Monthly capacity exceeds 4 million pieces. Every batch is 100% inspected before shipping. We also accept third-party inspections. We strictly follow the IATF16949 quality system to ensure consistency and traceability.

Anhui Denaifu supports OEM and ODM services. We can develop custom products based on your drawings or prototypes. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products require mold development and sample validation, so delivery takes 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000. For existing mature products, we provide one free sample for testing (shipping at customer's expense).

For standard products, payment is 70% prepayment to start production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. Custom product payment is staged and negotiable.
