The Engine's Breathing Channel
The Air Intake Hose connects the air filter to the throttle body or turbocharger inlet in the engine intake system. It delivers filtered, clean air to the engine combustion chamber. It is the engine's "breathing" passage. The Air Intake Hose must meet airflow delivery requirements while withstanding intake vacuum and boost pressure. It also must compensate for engine torsion and vibration displacement during operation. This hose determines whether the engine intake is "smooth," whether turbo response is "quick," and whether there is a "push" feeling when accelerating. In simple terms, it lets the engine "breathe in enough air" and makes acceleration "responsive."

Oil-Resistant Material and Reinforcement Options
Our Air Intake Hose uses oil and heat-resistant chloroprene rubber or silicone rubber. The hose has excellent flexibility and resistance to vacuum collapse. The inner wall is smooth with low airflow resistance. The outer wall resists ozone, oil, and high-temperature aging. For turbocharged intake systems, the reinforcement layer uses fiber braid or spiral wire support to prevent expansion or burst under high positive pressure.
We have an independent R&D team and dedicated quality staff. We strictly follow IATF16949. Monthly capacity exceeds 4 million pieces. Every batch is 100% inspected before shipping. We also accept third-party inspections.
Custom Production and Ordering
Anhui Denaifu supports custom production based on customer drawings or 3D data. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000. For existing mature products, we provide one free sample for testing (shipping at customer's expense).
Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt.

We hold IATF16949, ISO14001, and 14 utility model patents. Pre-sales: we handle product solution review and quotation. In-sales: we control quality and monitor capacity. After-sales: dedicated staff handle technical quality feedback. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost. Warranty terms follow customer requirements.
