Absorbing Thermal Expansion and Vibration
The Rubber Bellow Flange Type is a flexible connection component commonly used in exhaust systems, intake manifolds, and turbocharger piping. It compensates for displacement caused by thermal expansion and engine vibration. It also reduces vibration and noise. The bellows structure provides flexibility in axial, radial, and angular directions. It effectively absorbs thermal expansion and installation misalignment. This bellow determines whether the exhaust system has "excessive thermal stress," whether pipe joints "fatigue and crack," and whether engine vibration is "transmitted to the frame." In simple terms, it keeps exhaust pipes "unaffected by thermal expansion" and keeps vibration from "spreading."

Custom Production and Payment
Anhui Denaifu supports custom production based on customer drawings. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000.
Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. Custom product payment terms are negotiable.
