Coil springs are great at absorbing bumps, but they also produce noise and friction when they rub against metal seats. Our Spring Rubber Pad sits between the spring end and its perch, eliminating metal-to-metal contact. It also corrects the spring's seating angle, preventing lateral bowing during cornering. This small part makes a big difference: without it, you would hear annoying squeaks over speed bumps and feel a loose rear end on uneven roads. We have supplied these pads for over 22 years, and they are now standard equipment on many popular SUV and sedan models in China.

We use a specially formulated natural rubber that resists ozone cracking and compression set. Hardness is Shore A 65±5. The metal insert, if used, is phosphated with Ra 3.2 finish. Our Spring Rubber Pad is molded to tight tolerances (GB/T 1804-m) to ensure it does not shift or extrude under lateral loads. We test each batch for compression set at elevated temperatures and for adhesion between rubber and metal. Monthly production exceeds 4 million pieces, and we can custom-shape the pad to match your spring wire diameter and coil pitch.

For standard Spring Rubber Pad sizes, we deliver within 30 working days. Custom shapes require mold development and sampling, taking 60-90 days. MOQ is RMB 50,000.
