Heater Duct Hose

The Heater Duct Hose connects the engine coolant jacket to the heater core inside the cabin. Hot coolant from the engine flows through this hose into the heater core. The heater core transfers heat to the air passing through it, providing cabin heating and windshield defrost/defog functions. Though the Heater Duct Hose is relatively short, it must work reliably in the hot engine bay environment over the long term. It also must withstand relative movement between the engine and body. This hose determines whether cabin heat "arrives quickly" in winter and whether windshield defrost is "effective." In simple terms, it keeps the heater core "supplied with hot water" and winter driving "comfortable."

The hose end fittings are precision-molded to ensure reliable sealing with the heater core and engine interfaces. Unspecified dimensional tolerances follow relevant standards.

Anhui Denaifu supports custom production based on customer technical drawings. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000.

Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost.
