Eliminating the "A/C Shake"

When the A/C compressor kicks in, its piston motion creates a noticeable vibration that can travel through the engine block and into the cabin. Oil-Resistant and Heat-Stable Rubber

The compressor operates near the engine, exposed to heat, oil, and constant movement. We use chloroprene or high-grade natural rubber with excellent oil and heat resistance (-40°C to +120°C). The metal bracket is phosphated, and the rubber-to-metal bond is strong enough to withstand shear forces during belt tension changes. Our AC Compressor Mount is 100% inspected for hardness, bond integrity, and dimensional accuracy. We run cyclic fatigue tests to simulate years of use, ensuring no cracking or loosening occurs.
