Protecting the Piston Rod
The Shock Absorber Boot is installed over the shock absorber piston rod. It covers the portion of the rod that extends from the shock body. It protects the shock oil seal and piston rod surface from stone chips, mud, and water. The piston rod surface is precision-polished. Once scratched by gravel or contaminated with mud, the shock oil seal is damaged directly. This causes shock absorber oil leaks and failure. This boot determines the shock absorber's "seal life" and the suspension's "durability." In simple terms, it keeps the shock absorber from "leaking oil" and the suspension from "sagging."

Abrasion-Resistant Compound
Our Shock Absorber Boot uses ozone and abrasion-resistant chloroprene rubber or EPDM. The design is well-structured. After installation, it moves freely with suspension travel. It does not interfere with the piston rod. The inner wall is smooth and does not create abnormal friction with the rod.
We have an independent R&D team and dedicated quality staff. We strictly follow IATF16949. Monthly capacity exceeds 4 million pieces. Every batch is 100% inspected before shipping. We hold IATF16949, ISO14001, and 14 utility model patents.
Custom Production and Ordering
Anhui Denaifu supports custom production based on customer drawings. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000. For existing mature products, we provide free samples for testing (shipping at customer's expense).
Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt.
Full-Process Service
Pre-sales: we handle development review. In-sales: we control quality and monitor capacity. After-sales: dedicated staff handle technical quality feedback. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost. Warranty terms follow customer requirements.
