The Heat Resistant Rubber Hose is an essential flexible connection component in automotive fluid transfer systems. It is found in engine cooling, A/C, brake, fuel, and turbocharger systems. Its main function is to transfer liquid or gas between different components while absorbing vibration and compensating for installation misalignment through its flexible construction. The performance of the Heat Resistant Rubber Hose directly affects fluid transfer efficiency and system operating safety. In simple terms, it keeps coolant "flowing," A/C refrigerant "sealed," and turbocharger air "pressurized."

Material Selection and Reinforcement Options
Our Heat Resistant Rubber Hose is designed to meet different system temperature, pressure, and media requirements. Cooling system hoses use ethylene glycol-resistant EPDM, with an operating range of -40°C to +135°C. Turbocharger system hoses use high-temperature FVMQ or VMQ, capable of withstanding +200°C and above. Hose construction can be pure rubber, fiber braid-reinforced, or wire-reinforced to meet different pressure ratings.
We have an independent R&D team and dedicated quality staff. Our production equipment is comprehensive. Monthly capacity exceeds 4 million pieces. Every batch undergoes pressure testing and dimensional inspection before shipping.
Custom Development and Ordering
Anhui Denaifu supports custom development based on customer drawings or interface dimensions. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000.
Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost.
