The Foundation of the Cooling System
The Car Radiator Bracket is the structural component that carries the radiator assembly and secures it to the front side members. It is the mounting foundation for the entire cooling system. The bracket supports not only the radiator itself (typically 5-15 kg) but also additional loads from the cooling fan, A/C condenser, and associated hoses and attachments. During driving, the Car Radiator Bracket also resists road impacts and vibrations, keeping the radiator in its correct position under all conditions. It determines whether the radiator is "mounted securely" and whether there is proper crush space in a front-end collision. In simple terms, it keeps the radiator "in its place" in the engine bay and "motionless" on rough roads.

Welded Construction and Coating
Our Car Radiator Bracket consists of an upper skeleton and lower skeleton welded together. The coating on both skeletons follows TQ4 Q/SQ104201. Salt spray resistance is ≥240 hours. Rubber hardness is Shore A 70±5. After heat aging at 100°C×70h, hardness change is within ±10 degrees. Xenon arc aging meets GB/T 3511-2008 requirements. Ozone resistance: no cracks at 50 pphm, 40°C, 70h, 20% elongation. Operating temperature range is -45°C to 120°C. The upper skeleton X-direction strength is 2000±15 N/mm. Y-direction strength is 6500±15 N/mm.

Custom Production and Payment
Anhui Denaifu supports custom production based on customer drawings or prototypes. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000.
Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt.

We hold IATF16949, ISO14001, and 14 utility model patents. Pre-sales: we handle development review and quotation. In-sales: we control quality and monitor capacity. After-sales: dedicated staff handle technical quality issues. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost. Warranty terms follow customer requirements.
