We use chloroprene or natural rubber with excellent resistance to ozone, heat, and moisture. Hardness is Shore A 60±5, and the pad is designed to maintain its shape under continuous compression. Common shapes include cylindrical, ring-type, and those with built-in stops to prevent over-travel. Our Radiator Vibration Damping Pad is molded to precision, and each piece is inspected for surface defects and hardness.
