Sealing High-Speed Rotating Shafts

The Compressor Oil Seal is a key sealing component in the A/C compressor and engine front-end sealing systems. It is installed on the compressor main shaft or crankshaft front end to prevent lubricating oil leakage and block external contaminants. It operates at high rotational speeds, typically thousands of RPM. The Compressor Oil Seal must maintain extremely low leakage rates while keeping stable sealing lip pressure over long operating hours. It determines whether the compressor "seeps oil," whether the engine front end "leaks oil," and whether the lubrication system maintains normal oil pressure. In simple terms, it keeps the compressor and engine "bone-dry" at high speeds.

Metal Skeleton and Rubber Lip Construction

Our Compressor Oil Seal consists of a metal skeleton and a rubber sealing lip. The metal skeleton provides structural strength and installation positioning. The rubber lip forms the dynamic sealing interface with the rotating shaft surface. The surface is smooth with no defects. Minimum operating temperature is -40°C. Oil resistance meets POB and PAG oil compatibility requirements. Cold resistance meets HFC-134a refrigerant compatibility requirements.

The composite rubber steel plate substrate is SPCC with hardness 115-150 HV and surface roughness Ra 1.6. The surface material is silicone rubber with hardness 55±5 IRHD and surface roughness Ra 3.2. The limit sleeve uses 20# steel with burrs removed and chamfered. Rubber, steel plate, and limit sleeve are bonded securely with no delamination. Unspecified dimensional tolerances follow GB/T 3672.1-M3. Unspecified geometric tolerances follow GB/T 3672.2-M.

Custom Production and Payment

Anhui Denaifu supports custom production based on customer drawings. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000. For existing mature products, we provide one free sample for testing (shipping at customer's expense).

Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt.
