The Key to Ride Softness
The Shock Absorber Bushing is installed at both ends of the shock absorber, connecting it to the body and suspension arm. It is the critical interface that allows the shock absorber to cushion and dampen vibrations. During driving, the Shock Absorber Bushing withstands high-frequency impacts and tensile loads from the road. It also transmits the damping force effectively to the body. Its performance directly affects impact softness over bumps, high-speed road-holding, and braking dive suppression. In simple terms, it determines whether a vehicle feels "rough" on bumpy roads and whether it "nose-dives" during emergency braking.

Precision Engineering and Material Strength
The inner lining material of our Shock Absorber Bushing is 20# steel, with milled teeth on both end faces. The tooth profile meets drawing requirements-teeth are neither too sharp nor too flat. The carburized layer depth is 0.35±0.2 mm. Surface hardness is HV500-1000. Both inner and outer linings undergo surface hardening treatment per GB/T 11376-1997. The bond between inner and outer linings can withstand axial loads exceeding 8000 N. Unspecified dimensional tolerances follow GB/T 3572.1-2002.
The rubber hardness is Shore A 60±5. Tensile strength exceeds 13.7 MPa. Elongation at break exceeds 350%. Tear strength (Type B) exceeds 50 kN/m. Compression set at 70°C×24h is less than 35%. We have an independent R&D team and dedicated quality staff. Our production and testing equipment is comprehensive. Every product undergoes 100% inspection before packing.
Custom Production and Payment Terms
Anhui Denaifu supports custom production based on customer technical drawings. We also offer OEM services. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days due to mold development and sample validation. The minimum order is RMB 50,000. For existing mature products, we provide one free sample for testing (shipping at customer's expense).
For standard products: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% is due when goods reach the port, and 10% serves as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. Custom product payment is staged and negotiable.
Quality Systems and Service
We strictly follow IATF16949 and ISO14001. We hold 14 utility model patents. Pre-sales: technical staff participate in product design and quotation review. In-sales: we ensure sufficient capacity, controlled processes, and proper packaging and shipping. After-sales: dedicated staff handle quality feedback and technical inquiries. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost. Warranty terms are based on customer operating environment requirements.
