The Heart of the Compressor
The AC Compressor Shaft is the core rotating component inside an A/C compressor. It transfers torque from the external drive pulley to the internal piston or scroll mechanism to compress refrigerant. The shaft rotates at high speed (typically 2000-6000 RPM) inside the compressor. It withstands alternating torque and axial forces. It also works in a high-pressure environment with refrigerant and lubricating oil. This shaft determines whether the compressor runs "smoothly" and whether the refrigeration system "compresses efficiently." In simple terms, it keeps the A/C compressor "spinning and stable" and cooling performance "strong and lasting."

High-Strength Alloy Steel Construction
Our AC Compressor Shaft uses high-strength alloy steel. It is processed through precision turning, grinding, and heat treatment. Dimensional accuracy is high. Surface finish is excellent. Roundness, cylindricity, and coaxiality of mating areas are strictly controlled. The shaft surface is rust-proofed. It has good corrosion resistance in refrigerant and oil environments.
We have an independent R&D team and dedicated quality staff. We are equipped with advanced CNC machining and precision inspection equipment. Every batch is 100% inspected before shipping. We also accept third-party inspections. We hold IATF16949, ISO14001, and 14 utility model patents.
Custom Machining and Ordering
Anhui Denaifu supports custom machining based on customer drawings. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000.
Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. Custom product payment terms are negotiable.
Full-Process Service
Pre-sales: we handle machining process review and quotation. In-sales: we control process quality and delivery schedule. After-sales: we provide technical quality coordination. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost. Warranty terms follow customer requirements.
