Hardness is typically Shore A 60-70, but we can adjust based on your compressor weight and speed. The metal insert, if present, is phosphated for corrosion resistance, and the rubber-to-metal bond is tested for shear strength. Each batch of Compressor Vibration Damping Pad undergoes dynamic testing to verify its natural frequency and damping ratio. We also check for compression set and ozone resistance.
