The Appliance Rubber Hose is a flexible tubing component used in home appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, water purifiers, water heaters, etc.) for delivering water or steam. It connects the water inlet valve, pump, tub, and drain components. It is an important part of the water circulation system. The Appliance Rubber Hose must withstand water pressure, high temperature, and repeated bending during operation. It also must meet long-term hygiene and reliability requirements. This hose determines whether washing machine water intake is "smooth," whether dishwasher drainage is "unobstructed," and whether water purifier lines are "leak-free." Our Appliance Rubber Hose uses EPDM or silicone rubber that meets drinking water hygiene standards. The inner wall is smooth with low flow resistance and low scaling tendency. The hose has excellent heat aging resistance and detergent corrosion resistance. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +120°C. The hose can be designed as straight tubes, bent tubes, or integrally molded with fittings based on different installation environments.

We have an independent R&D team and dedicated quality staff. Our production equipment includes extrusion lines and vulcanization autoclaves. Monthly capacity exceeds 4 million pieces. Every batch undergoes pressure testing and 100% inspection before shipping. We hold IATF16949, ISO14001, and 14 utility model patents. For existing mature products, we provide one free sample for testing (shipping at customer's expense).

Anhui Denaifu supports custom development based on customer interface dimensions and routing requirements. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products require extrusion mold development, so delivery takes 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000.

Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost.

Pre-sales: technical staff handle fluid path review and material selection advice. In-sales: we strictly control extrusion processes and quality inspection. After-sales: dedicated staff handle technical quality feedback. Warranty terms follow customer requirements.
