Keeping Water Where It Belongs
The Washing Machine Door Seal (also called door gasket or special-shaped seal) is a large special-shaped rubber seal installed between the door and the cabinet of a front-loading washing machine. It forms a sealing interface when the door closes. It prevents water from leaking through the door gap during washing cycles. It also withstands long-term exposure to detergents, bleach, fabric softeners, and high-temperature wash conditions. The large special-shaped structure and special fold design also ensure smooth door opening and closing. This seal determines whether the washing machine "leaks water" during operation and whether the door is "easy to open and close." In simple terms, it keeps the washing machine "watertight" and laundry "worry-free."

Detergent-Resistant EPDM Material
Our Washing Machine Door Seal uses detergent and high-temperature-resistant EPDM material. It offers excellent chemical resistance and hot water aging resistance. The large special-shaped cross-section is precision-molded. Dimensional accuracy is high. The fold area has good flexibility, ensuring smooth door operation. Unspecified dimensional tolerances follow GB/T 3672.1.

Custom Development and Delivery
Anhui Denaifu supports custom development based on customer door cross-section drawings. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products require large mold development, so delivery takes 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000.
Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt.
IATF16949 and After-Sales Service
We hold IATF16949, ISO14001, and 14 utility model patents. Pre-sales: we handle sealing solution design and mold review. In-sales: we control quality and monitor capacity. After-sales: dedicated staff handle technical quality issues. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost. Warranty terms follow customer requirements.
