Quiet and Stable Home Appliances
The Appliance Rubber Mount is a rubber elastic support installed under various home appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, outdoor A/C units, dishwashers, etc.) or at compressor and motor mounting positions inside appliances. Its main function is to absorb vibration generated during appliance operation. It prevents vibration from transferring through the mounting surface to the building structure and interior space. It also reduces operating noise levels. This mount determines whether a washing machine "dances" during spin cycles, whether an outdoor A/C unit "buzzes," and whether a refrigerator compressor "thumps" when starting. In simple terms, it keeps appliances "rock-steady" and the home environment "quiet and comfortable."

High-Damping Compound and Multiple Designs
Our Appliance Rubber Mount uses high-damping natural rubber or chloroprene rubber. It offers excellent isolation efficiency and compression set resistance. Designs are optimized based on appliance vibration characteristics and mounting methods. Common types include cylindrical, frustum-shaped, and designs with limiting structures.

Custom Development and Ordering
Anhui Denaifu supports custom development based on customer appliance parameters and mounting requirements. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000. For existing mature products, we provide free samples for testing (shipping at customer's expense).
Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt.
Full-Process Service
Pre-sales: we handle damping solution design and product review. In-sales: we control quality and monitor capacity. After-sales: dedicated staff handle technical quality feedback. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost. Warranty terms follow customer requirements.
