Grommet Strip Edge Protection

The Grommet Strip Edge Protection is a wire and tube protection component installed at metal pass-through holes in appliance products (refrigerators, A/C units, washing machines, microwave ovens, electrical cabinets, etc.). It protects power cords, signal wires, and tubes passing through metal holes from sharp edge cutting and abrasion. It also provides sealing against dust, insects, and vibration. Appliance products have numerous wire harnesses passing through partitions and housings. Every pass-through hole without protection is a potential wire damage risk. This component determines whether internal appliance wires are "cut-free" and whether circuits are "safe from shorts." In simple terms, it keeps every wire "passing safely" and appliances "lasting longer."

Our Grommet Strip Edge Protection uses weather-resistant EPDM or chloroprene rubber. It has good elasticity and tear strength. The grommet fits tightly with the metal hole. The water seal is reliable. Product design is customized based on hole shape (round, oval, square, etc.) and harness diameter. Mounting styles include press-fit and snap-fit types.

Anhui Denaifu supports custom development based on customer metal hole dimensions and harness specifications. Standard product delivery takes 30 working days. Custom products take 60 to 90 working days. The minimum order is RMB 50,000.

Standard product payment: 70% prepayment starts production, 20% when goods reach the port, and 10% as quality guarantee, payable within 30 days after receipt. If goods are damaged in transit, we replace them at no cost.

Pre-sales: we handle product solution design and fitment validation. In-sales: we control quality and monitor capacity. After-sales: we provide technical quality coordination. Warranty terms follow customer requirements.
