The inner lining is 20# steel with a hardened surface, and the rubber is a special compound with Shore A hardness 60±5. Tensile strength exceeds 13.7 MPa, elongation is >350%, and tear strength (Type B) is >50 kN/m. Compression set is minimal, ensuring the bushing maintains its preload over thousands of steering cycles. Our Steering Rack Bushing is 100% inspected for dimensions, hardness, and bond integrity. We also perform salt spray tests on the metal parts to guarantee corrosion resistance.
