Copper Alloy Bushings

Copper alloy bushings are a commonly used steering gear bushing material. However, their temperature and chemical stability must be considered.

 

Nylon Bushings

Nylon bushings are an excellent self-lubricating material, commonly used in medium-speed steering systems. They offer advantages such as wear resistance, low friction, and good electrical insulation properties. However, its resistance to chemicals and temperature range also need to be considered.
